By participating in the Grapevine Surveys Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility

    • Participation is open to individuals and businesses with a valid PayPal account for commission payouts.
    • Affiliates may refer stores they manage, such as agencies overseeing multiple brands.
    • Self-referrals are prohibited. For example, if you are a marketing manager of a brand, you cannot register as an affiliate to refer your own brand.
  2. Commission Structure

    • Affiliates earn 20% of the monthly subscription fee from each referred user for up to 24 months post-installation, provided the referred user maintains an active subscription.
    • Commission payments cease immediately upon the referred user uninstalling Grapevine Surveys.
  3. Payouts

    • Commissions are payable once your total affiliate earnings exceed $100.
    • Payments are processed via PayPal to the email address provided during sign-up.
    • Any applicable fees for processing PayPal transactions are deducted from the payout.
  4. Prohibited Activities

    • Self-referrals, including registering as an affiliate for brands you directly represent or own, are strictly prohibited.
    • Affiliates may not use deceptive, fraudulent, or spam-like methods to generate referrals. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized advertising, false claims, or misrepresentation of the app.
  5. Termination

    • Grapevine Surveys reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion for violation of these terms or any fraudulent activity.
    • Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
  6. Modification of Terms

    • Grapevine Surveys reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate portal. Continued participation in the program after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
  7. Governing Law

    • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
