Qualtrics has confirmed that Delighted will shut down permanently on 30 June 2026. No new features are being added, annual renewals have already stopped, and all customer data will be deleted after the shutdown date. Qualtrics is encouraging users to move to their enterprise XM platform, but for Shopify merchants running NPS or customer satisfaction surveys, that's an expensive and overcomplicated option designed for large organisations, not ecommerce stores.

1: Export your data from Delighted

Log into Delighted and export your historical NPS and survey data as a CSV. Delighted will delete all data after 30 June 2026, so do this well before the deadline. Their help centre has instructions on how to download your archive.

Grapevine Surveys is built by a small, independent team of four. Alex, Steve, Stu, and Sam. No parent company, no outside investors, no venture funding. We've been building Shopify apps for over a decade, and Grapevine was one of the original survey apps on the Shopify App Store.

Delighted was shut down because Qualtrics decided to focus on their enterprise platform. That can't happen with Grapevine.
